Spray an area of the body that is bruised, inflamed or swollen and feel the discomfort start to ease. We grow Arnica Chamissonis AKA Meadow Arnica on the farm, harvest while in full bloom and infuse the fresh flower and leaf in alcohol for 6 weeks. Best used for acute injuries and especially in post surgical care.
Recommended Use: Spray 2-3 times on area of discomfort up to 3 times per day while experiencing discomfort. Allow to absorb completely into skin and we recommend following it up with our arnica oil for maximum benefit.
